What data may be processed

When you contact us by email

We receive only what you provide in the message: your name, email address, company details and the content of your enquiry.

When you browse the site

The hosting infrastructure may technically process the IP address, browser type, request date and time solely to load pages, maintain reliable operation and protect the site.

In the form on the home page

The form is not currently connected to a server or CRM. Your name, company, business email and selected option are not sent and disappear when the page is closed or refreshed.

Purpose and legal basis

Information from your email is used to answer the enquiry and discuss samples, supply, corporate orders or private-label production. The basis is your request, consent and, where applicable, steps taken before entering into a contract.

Marketing messages require separate consent. A partnership enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.

Storage, protection and sharing

We process data only as long as needed to respond and continue the business relationship, unless a longer period is required by law or contract. Access is limited to employees and contractors who need it for a specific task.

We do not sell personal data or share it with advertising platforms. If CRM, analytics or new processors are introduced, this policy will be updated before they become active.

You may request information about processing, access your data, ask for correction, restriction or deletion, withdraw consent and challenge the operator’s actions before the competent authority or a court.
